About Our Maritime Business And Team
Here in Liverpool, we're part of Royal HaskoningDHV's UK wide Maritime team working locally, nationally, and worldwide. We thrive as a team of multi-disciplinary engineers and project managers who are perfectly located to serve our local clients whilst being aligned with our UK and overseas offices to deliver projects around the world.

Our Liverpool Maritime team includes Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, Security, Telecommunications & Control Systems Engineers; Quantity Surveyors; Asset Management professionals; working alongside our Environment & Resilience colleagues.

As a Project Manager in our team you will work on a variety of Maritime projects for various Clients. Ideally you will join us with a relevant technical background (see disciplines above) along with keen interest for progressing your career into project management having drive to represent your project team with full range clients we work for alongside ability make technical judgement relative work being delivered.

We're able to offer hybrid working arrangement further undertaking period familiarisation immediate wider team in Liverpool Office.

Role Context
This position will focus on project management delivery large scale or multi-disciplinary projects requiring someone ability deliver quality robust deliverables time within budget providing great exposure local global projects alike while working leading professionals within maritime industry.

We'd Be Looking For You To Demonstrate The Following
- The ability independently manage lead complex multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent Commercial (financial & contract) management.
- Pro-active change control management.
- Project programme management.
- Effective project planning documentation (PEP / BEP).
- Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Effective resource management.
- The ability ensure compliance internal procedures.
- The ability monitor delivery against client brief while reporting internally externally client.
- The ability undertake review risk assessments site based activities.
- Procurement assessment suppliers provision specialist services.
- The ability build maintain relationships internal external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience writing winning proposals.
- Ability secure new business winning work successful delivery existing clients winning outside current clients
- Ability enthusiasm support junior members Project Management team professional development.

Required skills experience:
A degree within relevant sector. A strong relevant technical background.A strong relevant Project Management background.NEC Professional Service Contract (or similar). A relevant professional qualification.Strong leadership skills experience.Strong judgment problem solving.Excellent communication skills.An individual who pro-active anticipates addresses any issues arise.The ability travel locally nationally internationally as required by projects.Right work UK
