What You Will Do:
• Coordinate and integrate site-based industrialisation projects across various technology areas, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Facilitate the transition to agile methodologies, providing support in mindset, training, and toolset adoption.
• Lead technical and financial programme reviews, including gateway readiness and launch readiness reviews, to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation activities across manufacturing technologies and plant teams, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent the voice of manufacturing in senior forums, demonstrating leadership and advocating for customer-first principles.
• Engage with key stakeholders to track the implementation of technology requirements for industrialisation projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

What You Will Bring:
• Proven communication and leadership skills capable of driving business decisions and fostering a positive working environment.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with flexibility to adapt to new ways of working.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience underpinned by a solid background in manufacturing.
• Experience in project or programme management with an understanding of PCDS and agile methodologies.
• Competency in effective stakeholder management schedule management financial control bolstered by excellent negotiating influencing skills.
