Contract Details
- Initial 3-6 month contract
- Remote first (based anywhere in the UK)
- Occasional travel to an office in the north of the UK (expenses paid)
Role Requirements
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in software + data architecture
- Solid coaching ability
Collaboration and Influence
- Work closely with the head of product to win the hearts and minds of the existing team
- Influence positive change
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a people-friendly, collaborative leader who can garner respect through both their personal approach and technical knowledge.
Availability
We are pushing for an immediate start to gather momentum; therefore, candidates available immediately or on short notice will be prioritised.
Qualifications Required
To be considered you will need to display the following:
1. Proven track record coaching engineering teams and turning around performance.
2. Solid technical architecture understanding and capability.
3. Familiarity with modern JavaScript stack – React, Node, Typescript, AWS (Microservices/Serverless). Not writing code day to day.
4. Experience having worked in an established b2b SaaS business, preferably in a highly regulated sector.
