Role Overview
A strategic and hands-on position has arisen for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to join a FMCG manufacturer in Gloucestershire. The role will involve maintaining the highest operational EHS standards while ensuring compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001, managing environmental permits, and spearheading incident management processes. Reporting to the QESH Director, you’ll provide critical support in sustaining operational excellence during this transitional period.

Requirements for the Successful Candidate
- Operational EHS leadership experience within FMCG or industrial settings
- Hold NEBOSH Level 6 and IEMA qualifications, with a deep understanding of legislative safety requirements and management systems
- Skilled in incident management, root cause analysis, and EHS strategy implementation
- Expertise in driving sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and water management
- Strong leadership in managing budgets, developing people, and communicating technical concepts effectively
