About the Role:
Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Estimator in Suffolk paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on new build and refurbishment residential projects in Kent.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Senior Estimator to join their team. Our client takes prides in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 8 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main Contractor.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Main contractor experience
- Refurbishment experience
- New build experience
