Our client provides specialist construction services to their Civils Sector.
Position Overview:
They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team to oversee Civils- Groundworks projects in Weybridge KT13.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
- Coordinate/book all trades
- Ensure trades are performing to program and to the highest standard
- Order/request ordering of materials, fixtures, and fittings
- Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
- Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
- Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time
Requirements:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in Civils-Groundworks sector
- SMSTS & relevant qualifications
- Ground working experience including concrete formwork, deep drainage, etc.
