About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Freelance Marketing Manager with expertise in branding, digital marketing, and content creation to support a leading workplace design and fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rebranding, website development, and social media management, with a focus on elevating the company’s online presence and brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives within the construction, commercial interiors, or workplace design sectors. The role is flexible, with the option to work on a part-time or project basis, and can be fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings if required.
Key Responsibilities
Rebranding Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a refreshed brand identity, including logo, visual assets, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Website Redesign: Oversee the rebranding and redesign of the company website, ensuring it reflects the new brand identity, is user-friendly, and optimised for SEO and lead generation.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, grow followership, and enhance brand visibility across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for the website, social media,and marketing collateral including graphics,videos,and copy,to showcase the company’s expertise in workplace designand fit-out projects.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Planand execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drivebrand awareness,generateleads,and support businessdevelopment efforts.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitorand analyse performanceof digital campaigns ,website traffic ,andsocial media engagement ,providing actionable insights to optimise future efforts.
Key Skills & Experience
Branding Expertise: Proven experience indevelopingand implementingbrand identities ,including logo design ,visual assets ,andbrand guidelines .
Website Management : Strong knowledgeof website designand development ,withexperience usingplatforms like WordPressor Webflow . Familiaritywith SEO best practicesis apluss .
Social Media Savvy : Expertisein managing socialmedia platforms(LinkedInand Instagram )andusings tools like Hootsuite,Buffor Sprout Socialto scheduleandanalysecontent .
Creative Content Production : Strong skillsin graphicdesign,videoproduction,andcopywriting ,with proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop,inDesign ,Illustrator,Premiere Pro).
Digital Marketing : Experiencein planningandexecutingdigitalmarketing campaigns,inclusiveof emailmarketing,paid social,andSEO.
Project Management : Abilityto manage multipleprojectssimultaneously ,meetdeadlines,and deliverhigh-qualityresults .
Industry Knowledge : Abackground intheconstructioncommercial interiorsorworkplace designsectorsis highlydesirable.
Qualifications
