Role Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Finance Transformation project. This role will be instrumental in the successful migration of our Legacy finance systems to Oracle. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, a deep understanding of finance processes, and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budget and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, IT teams, and business leaders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse teams.
- Manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
