My client is urgently searching for a Senior Technical IAM DevOps Engineer with building & developing Kubernetes & OT platform work on premises, integration topologies, automation, proven experience in on-premise Kubernetes clusters and implementing RBAC experience to work on a critical hybrid contract role. Travel will be required to Europe frequently.
A successful candidate will have excellent experience in:
Senior Technical IAM DevOps Engineer: Expert level 7–8 years
Dev Ops: 5 years
Kubernetes: Specific experience of building & developing on Kubernetes; proven experience in on-premises Kubernetes clusters and implementing RBAC – 7 years
RBAC: 5 years
Identity Provider Integration: 3–5 years
Automation IAM & Kubernetes: 3–5 years
Documentation: 5 years plus
OT platform: On premises experience of building and developing the OT platform; building from new – 5 years
The job role:
Demonstrate experience of working in a program delivering Identity and Access Management within an enterprise organisation. Specific competence using Identity Provider products and services, and an ability to demonstrate best practice with regards to configuration and delivery.
IAM Framework:
Experience designing and integrating IAM solutions with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
Kubernetes Expertise:
Specific experience of building & developing on Kubernetes; proven experience in on-premises Kubernetes clusters and implementing RBAC.
Identity Provider Integration:
Expertise with SSO protocols and integrating identity providers.
Secrets Management:
Hands-on experience with Secret Vault for secure secrets storage and dynamic secret management.
Security and Compliance:
Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and encryption technologies in cloud-native environments. Automating IAM and Kubernetes infrastructure.
Collaboration & Communication:
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain IAM concepts clearly.
Problem-Solving:
Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving IAM-related issues.
Adaptability:
Quick to learn and adapt to new technologiesand changing project needs in fast-paced environments.
Documentation:
Skilled at documenting IAM frameworks, policies,and best practices for technicaland nontechnical users.
Experience Requirements:
3–5 years in DevOps roles focusedonIAM,Kubernetes,andcloud-native security.
Kubernetes:on premises Kubernetesskillsinbuildinganddeveloping.
This is an English speaking role. Travel will be required frequentlyto Europe toworkwiththeteam.
Good collaboration skills:candidatewilljoinanexisting agile team.
