Description
Position: Senior Site Manager/Project Manager
Location: Kent
Rate: £320 - £360/day (dependant on experience)
Start date: 17th February
Duration: 8 months
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
- Liaising with client and providing updates on works being done
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience as no 1 on site
- Steel frame project experience
- Valid CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid
- Minimum of 2 references
