About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team working on a multi-year transformation programme at the core of our business.
As a key member of the programme team, you will collaborate with project team members and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle starting with determining requirements for the programme. You will develop and maintain a deep level of business and product knowledge that allows you to determine requirements priorities and alignment to business outcomes. You will have an extensive Business Analysis background with proven technical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated track record of working across a wide range of leading enterprise software technologies across a broad spectrum of software development methodologies. You may be required to work on multiple projects at one time within the Group Technology division of RWS.

Key Responsibilities:
Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements and processes and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined solutions.
Create use cases, process diagrams and other documents to support requirements.
Work in close collaboration with project & technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, managed, and delivered successfully.
Obtain an understanding of relevant business areas and products and services to recommend solutions.
Collaborate with the Group Architecture team to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with group strategy
Build trusted relationships with management, SME’s, business sponsors and third parties at different levels within the organization.
Assist with Functional and User Acceptance Testing, Governance and Sign off.
Provide the link between the customer, solution teams and any third parties regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist in the preparation of business case, solution design, system acceptance tests and support handover.

Skills Required:
Extensive experience in a Senior Business Analysis roles.
In-depth knowledge of requirements documentation, process flows and developing business use case scenarios.
Strong communication skills & exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Attention to details while creating deliverables.
Must be organized and able to work unsupervised.
Proven experience of working on large projects as a BA
Proven experience in gathering and documenting complex Business Requirements and processes.
Must understand the entire software delivery cycle and stakeholder relationship management
Ideally experience in mapping processes in BPMN 2.0
Excellent verbal and written English skills
