Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing project leadership on large value construction and installation projects
- Ensuring projects meet business revenue, profit, and cash-flow expectations
- Contributing to the bid preparation and work winning process, focusing on ensuring the deliverability of the tendered works
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to support project delivery performance and maximise potential for project extensions and new work
Job Requirements:
- Extensive project management experience within large value information communication systems and telecommunications-related projects, preferably within a tunnel environment
- Experience working with Heathrow, their contractors, and third parties is advantageous; other highly regulated industries also considered, such as railway stations, transportation hubs, MOD, or power installations requiring high security and networked systems
- Strong technical/ICS background essential
- Experience managing a project portfolio
- Good understanding of design procedures, change control, installation construction,and test checkingand review requirements
-Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
-Ideally,a minimumof APMPor PRINCE2 certification
-Health& Safety qualificationin CDMor APS,IOSHis preferable
-Required CSCS/ECSor equivalent
-Experience with NEC4 contracting preferred

This 12-month initial contract role requires four days a week on-site at Heathrow with occasional night working.
