Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months with possible extension
- Rate: Up to £250/day
- Work Model: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Help understand the impact of the new schedule on people, processes, and technologies, and identify associated training needs.
- Assess knowledge and skills required to support new ways of learning and teaching; develop a plan to address gaps in staff and student knowledge.
- Use outputs from training needs analysis to inform decisions contributing to curriculum transformation business case and implementation plan.
- Plan approach for identifying and documenting knowledge and skills gaps of customers and staff.
- Propose solutions for addressing skills gaps aligned with curriculum transformation programme goals, including assessments of time, cost, and resources.
- Present impact assessments to programme manager as well as technical and non-technical senior stakeholders to increase buy-in.
Essential Skills:

- Significant practical experience in training needs analysis.
- Experience working with learning content or training providers using virtual learning environments (VLEs), assessment platforms, digital skills support or media production.
- Effective use of training needs analysis tools/techniques.
- Collaborative work experience with business, education, IT subject matter experts.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse technical/nontechnical stakeholders.
- Significant experience understanding connections between people, processes, systems data interfaces within complex organisations.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills for clear engaging analysis outputs.
Desirable Skills:
- Good understanding of evaluating solutions; experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience documenting/evaluating requirements/suppliers for procurement or market analysis projects.
