Responsibilities -Support the delivery of a new S2P Platform IvaluaDefect & Issues Management: Support the business in resolving P2P project issues at pace with our project implementation partner and internal stakeholdersSupplier Onboarding: With your experience and knowledge in P2P, you will support the BAU team with all aspects of supplier onboarding, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, decision making, issues and risk resolution.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, reducing the risk of fraud and non-compliance.Process Design: Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the P2P lifecycle within the Ivalua implementation (as appropriate), including the development of a governance framework.Value Creation: Optimising value by enabling opportunities from the new Ivalua source-to-pay platform (as required). You will drive process and cost efficiencies through implementing process improvements shaped by data insights utilising Ivalua’s reporting suite.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage across multiple business areas and key stakeholders, supporting seamless interactions with the end to end P2P lifecycle. Ensuring an effortless user experience of both the Ivalua platform and stakeholder engagement with the source-to-pay process, building trust and confidence for the Ivalua platformTechnical: Working closely with the S2P Platform Manager to assess new functionality and updates for our platforms post go-liveRequired Skills -Excellent knowledge of a Procure to Pay function and associated processesExperience of working with S2P platforms, ideally Ivalua and WorkdayExperience in a continuous improvement environmentStrong communication skills and possessing high integritySelf-starter with an inquisitive mindset and a conscientious work ethicCollaborative team player as well as a proactive independent workerBeing a positive and proactive problem solver who can manage both planned and reactive requirements simultaneouslyDealing with ambiguity, embracing change and decision making with confidenceProject management experience essential
