Job Role: Brand/Innovation Marketing
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious intern who wants to learn and deep dive into all aspects of marketing. You will have fantastic opportunity to contribute to the new product development for the hair & fragrance category, work with agencies to create new campaigns for product launches and ensure excellent execution across retailers.
You will be able to:
- Exciting and fast-paced environment where you will work collectively with teams across the business.
- Learn about working in a marketing team contributing to iconic brands in Elida Beauty’s Hair & Fragrance portfolio.
- Develop consumer understanding linked to insight-driven claims resulting in conversion to sales.
- Work closely with stakeholders including commercial, R&D, finance, supply chain teams as well as external partners.
Contributing to innovation roadmap:
Together with brand lead:
- Identify product gaps/opportunities or upgrades driving brand/profit growth.
- Own innovation projects from insight through execution in market.
- Conduct thorough post-launch evaluations after 3-6 months.
You’ll be involved in exciting campaigns from media briefing through creative development up until influencer activation.
We’re looking for someone who’s up-to-date with social media trends; has an eye for content; knows how to create engaging posts – sometimes even appearing in them! You’ll regularly create briefs collaborating closely with agencies on content review/sign-off.
What We’re Looking For:
This is a one-year internship requiring passion for learning/marketing.
A base understanding of consumer insight translating into marketing planning/execution.
Ability prioritizing/organizing work across projects within dynamic environments.
Excellent organization skills; eager learner demonstrating proactive attitude; ability working cross-functionally; base understanding P&L structure; confidence presenting internally/external audiences. Experience on beauty/personal care brands advantageous but not necessary.

Job Role: Shopper Marketing
Your Role
Reporting into two Shopper Marketing Managers, this role supports implementation of differentiated marketing execution/brand activation plan across Grocery and Health & Beauty customers. The role ensures quality executions aligned between shoppers/in-store/eComm plans.
Your Responsibilities
Creative & Execution
- Key representative of Elida Beauty Business Unit with production agencies (creative/print/events/digital/data).
- Collaborate alongside KAMs & brand managers delivering shopper marketing excellence from point-of-sale execution online/offline.
- Support SMMs booking/executing brand campaigns ensuring detail/originality/budget adherence while maintaining relationships with media partners.
Shopper Insight
Work collaboratively bringing key shopper trends/missions into creative executions driving agreed KPIs using insights on shopper profiles/store segmentation while staying current on shopping/media trends feeding opportunities back internally when relevant.
Shopper Marketing Budget Management & ROI Review
Ensure campaign budgets are maintained accurately forecasting alongside SMM responsibilities including purchase order raising/timely goods receipting process tracking/evaluating activations sharing learnings internally externally informing future campaigns improving results continuously at Elida Beauty
