Sally Europe is looking for a Product Information Coordinator to manage and optimise product data across our eight European eCommerce websites in France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, has excellent organisational skills, and enjoys working with large volumes of data to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Data ManagementEnsure all relevant products are listed accurately and available for purchase.Maintain high-quality product content, including images, swatches, and videos.Respond to and resolve product data update requests from customer services.Remove discontinued products and reactivate items when needed.New Product LaunchesSet up new product listings, ensuring accuracy and timely go-live.Work with merchandising teams to transform product details into compelling online listings.Identify and fix any missing or incorrect information.Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency of product launches.Data Accuracy & Process EfficiencyEnsure consistent, high-quality translations across multiple languages.Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline product data management.Support the customer service team by resolving product-related website queries.What We’re Looking ForDetail-Oriented & Organised – Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.Excel Proficiency – Comfortable working with formulas to handle product data efficiently.eCommerce & Digital Knowledge – Experience in online retail, product management, or digital marketing is an advantage.Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive and focused on finding solutions.Language Skills – Fluency in German, Dutch, or French is a plus.Team Player – Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.Why Join Sally Europe?Exciting eCommerce Role – Play a key part in shaping our online product experience.International Exposure – Work across multiple European markets.Innovative & Collaborative Culture – Be part of a team that values continuous improvement.Career Growth Opportunities – Develop your skills in a fast-growing digital business.Ready to make an impact?
