Our Client:
Simmons & Hanbury are working with a leading, global investment manager in finding a hands on Compliance Consultant for a mid-term contract with a focus on distribution / marketing compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring regulatory changes relating to distribution and marketing
- Review and approval of financial promotions
- Providing distribution advice on the opening, offering, marketing, and closure of investment funds
- Design and implementation of controls for marketing of funds.
- Provide ongoing training on best practice for marketing.
