About Midnight
IOG's Midnight Tribe is a business technology provider and core contributor to the Midnight Network, a blockchain platform for developing decentralized applications that safeguard personal and commercial data. The Midnight Network is the first blockchain to offer programmable data isolation by leveraging zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs to enable selective disclosure of what information is visible on-chain and is designed to help developers implement necessary business policies such as meeting regulatory requirements.
What The Role Involves
As Senior Product Manager at Midnight, you will be responsible for creating feature requirements to evolve the language and developer tooling roadmaps; grooming and prioritizing the backlog; developing epics and user stories; defining acceptance criteria for each. You will work closely with Product Design, Marketing, Developer Relations to identify features into requirements for the Language Architecture Engineering Squad ecosystem partners. You will balance business needs with technical requirements; recommend alternative technical approaches when needed; identify user needs working with cross-functional teams delivering product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Developer Relations Engineers Language Architects Engineers customers providing input into product roadmap driving execution of products features from concept launch in fast-paced environment.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features epics user stories acceptance criteria.
- Lead language developer tooling functional design process based on intimate knowledge users technology.
- Prioritize maintain sprint backlog assigned product features balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Work cross-functional teams various stakeholders including analytics design/user experience engineering testing developer relations.
- Turn data insights into products actionable outcomes target personas.
- Work Agile environment continuously review business needs refine priorities outline milestones deliverables identify opportunities risks.
- Partner operations departments define user experience internal users including production support monitoring.
- Work product design developer relations marketing provide input go-to-market plan collaborate commercial team ensure success.
- Develop maintain appropriate tracking reporting product performance post-launch evaluate future investment.
Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management in blockchain web3 SaaS companies
- Technical background knowledge software development
- Domain expertise agile JIRA Github
Proficiency Agile methodologies leading technical design business teams
Hands-on experience managing all stages of product life cycle from ideation rollout
Effective stakeholder management relationship-building skills
Team spirit good communication abilities
Good organizational skills
