- Eliminates the need for longhand reports and Scott Schedules being typed out later at your desk.
Ideal Candidate:
- Suited for surveyors looking to build exposure to building pathology and expert witness work.
- Current work portfolio covers mainly housing disrepair, large loss surveying, and other related disciplines.
Role Description:
- Remote role for a MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor on a freelance basis.
- Responsibilities include inspecting houses and apartments, conducting surveys, assessing defects, and producing repair specifications.
- Work independently with full backing of a supportive team.
