International consumer services group are looking to hire an Interim Group Financial Controller asap for a 9-12 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership.
Working Pattern:
The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and also at least 3 days per week in their Cambridgeshire offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate head office team of qualified and non-qualified individuals
- Responsibility for all group management reporting activity
- Annual statutory reporting and external audit
- Drive finance and systems improvement projects, as required
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in a Group Financial Controller/Head of Finance role
- Exposure to IFRS reporting and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proven team leadership skills, combined with ability to be hands-on in the detail
