What You’ll Do:
1. Be the HubSpot Subject Matter Expert 🌟
- Serve as the go-to expert for all things HubSpot, from CRM setup and automation to integrations and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on HubSpot’s latest features and functionality to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Provide clients with strategic insights into leveraging HubSpot to drive efficiency, growth, and alignment.
2. Client Engagement & Consultation 🎯
- Work closely with prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points and ambitions.
- Clearly communicate the value of White Turtle’s services and HubSpot’s capabilities in addressing RevOps needs.
- Build trust and rapport through insightful consultations, showcasing how streamlined RevOps can transform operations.
3. Lead Transformative Workshops 🧠
- Facilitate engaging workshop sessions to uncover friction points, bottlenecks and misalignments across revenue functions.
- Use a RevOps mindset to guide teams toward solutions that promote seamless collaboration between commercial departments.
- Extract key information from stakeholders during workshops with strong communication and probing skills, ensuring no critical detail is missed.
4. Implement & Optimise 🔧
- Translate workshop outcomes into actionable solutions, implementing an efficient tech-stack and workflows that align with client objectives.
- Configure CRM systems, build automations and set up integrations to create efficient, data-driven processes.
- Customise dashboards, pipelines and reporting tools to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization to ensure long-term client success with their HubSpot ecosystem.
5. Drive Continuous Improvement 📈
