Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nursing) or can demonstrate equivalent experience to join the Looked after Children's Health Team.

Service Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- We have 2 posts available:
- 30hr hours a week
- 22.5hr hours a week

Role Overview:
The successful applicant will work with the LAC Clinical Nurse Specialist to identify and address the health needs of children and young people who are looked after within the SBUHB area.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent relevant experience of working with children and families within the community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly.
- Knowledge of legislation and policy relating to the Looked after Child.

Language Requirements:
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
