Job title: Construction Manager- Rail Depot
Type: Contract

Rate: Dependant on experience
Role
You will be expected to co-ordinate activities of construction and associated works working in a client sided capacity; working to budget and in line with all relevant standards, processes and procedures. The will be a depot build focused role
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Undertaking the role of construction manager for project
* Controlling all on site technical activities client side
* Rail engineering co-ordination across sites and work packages
* Office based co-ordination
Essential requirements:
* Comprehensive understanding of rail engineering
* Safety Management training.
* Good knowledge and understanding of structures standards, processes and procedures.
* Client sided based work previously
