Company Overview
Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Construction Management services for a period of 12 months where you will be based at a process sector site in Northamptonshire.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of sub-contractors and management of associated TQ’s
- Review design packages and 3D models to ensure cost-effective installation methodologies are delivered both safely and efficiently.
- Assist in developing the installation construction programme.
- Assist in developing health and safety management systems on site, including regular safety audits.
- Carry out technical reviews of designs including material selection and constructability.
- Assist with the Pre-qualification vetting of contractor’s submissions and contract negotiations.
- Implementation of CDM Construction Phase H&S Plan
- Complete quality inspections and producing punch lists.
Required Experience
You have demonstrable experience of:
- UK, Onshore, construction management experience within the Chemical, Petrochemical, Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical. Please note this experience is essential and only suitably experienced candidates will be progressed.
- As you will be managing multi discipline contractors, on behalf of Addison Project Plc, you will have demonstrable experience of CDM where you have operated in the capacity of Principal Contractor working with a design team
- Mechanical, Civil & Structural and EC&I experience is highly desirable
- SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH qualified
- Temporary works management experience
- Experience of subcontract management, package procurement, design development, quality management, Health & Safety (including a relevant qualification), and liaising with the client and multidisciplinary design teams is essential
