Location: Edinburgh/Glasgow
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months with potential to extend
Rate: £691/day (Outside IR35)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (working at home and in the office)

Responsibilities:
- Establishing a data-driven approach to workflow where estimated forecasting of outcomes is driven by logic and data insight.
- Establishing Value, Flow and Quality disciplines into the Service Enablement and Employee Enablement delivery pipeline, maximising team velocity and achievements of goals, as defined by the Technical Product Manager.
- Establishing core agile ceremonies within the team which are embraced and valued by the team collective, demonstrating continuous reflection and improvement.
- Supporting the Technical Product Managers (tPM) by owning and removing delivery blockers. The objective is to enable the tPMs to focus on forward thinking strategy, stakeholder engagement and feeding the delivery machine.
- Supporting colleagues, including the Product Manager and Technical Leads, to define, refine, prioritise and visualise the team's roadmap and backlog, and lead the team to deliver the roadmap.
- Helping to create an open and trust-based environment which enables a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
- Fostering strong, cohesive team dynamics and relationships based on principles of team autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
- Leading the team's delivery process to deliver value early and often using fast feedback inspection to drive improvements.
- Helping the team balance their capacity against demand.
- Proactively supporting coaching for team members on appropriate lean agile frameworks techniques along with their role value contributions such as Product Manager or Technical Lead etc.
- Actively contributing to Agile Community of Practice.

Essential Skills:
- Servant-leading a high-performing continuously delivering cross-functional development or IT operations team possibly in roles such as Agile Coach Scrum Master Agile Delivery Manager or Agile Team Lead
- Applying different agile lean approaches supporting context
- Being framework agnostic using right practices for context
- Creating lasting change towards agile lean ways of working delivering better outcomes for an organisation
- Agile product software development using human-centred research-driven inclusive-design practices along with necessary enablers
- Engagement with stakeholders understanding context requirements from diverse areas including product management service design operations governance groups
- Identification creation visualisation effective agile team metrics

Desirable Skills:
- Experience working within digital workplace domains familiar with delivering successful business value change using digital products like ServiceNow Microsoft 365 suite
