The Role
People Analytics is critical to the success of the HR function at ESI ensuring we can supportthe firm in making evidence-based data-driven decisions aboutour partnersand employees.We wantto centralise analytics work across HRto drive efficiency accuracy capabilityand risk compliance.It enables us toenable us aligntoandsupportour People Strategyand underpins theroleofHR Business Partnersin theirconversationswiththebusiness.This role consolidates anumberofexisting Reward facing activitieswithin teamaswellasproviding excitingopportunitiestoget involvedinbroaderanalysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing pay modelling for partnersand employees.
• Assisting inthe managementofthe annualpay reviewprocesswithin SuccessFactors Compensation including Compensation Statements reportingandanalysis.
• Genderand Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting.
• Preparingfor EU Pay Transparency Directive Reporting.
• Maintainingthe accuracyofreward-relateddata withinHRsystem.
• Conductingad-hoc analysisanddatamodellingtosupportHRandbusinessinitiatives.
• PartneringwithHRandfunctionalteamstogatherrequirementsfornewreportsanddashboards,anddesignsolutionsthatmeettheirneeds
• Actingasaninternalconsultant owningthedesign buildandeliveryofimpactfulandsightfuldashboards visualisationsandreports
• Identifyingandtrobleshootingdatadiscrepanciespro-activelyworkwithHRandfunctionalteamstoresolveissues.

Skills & Experience
• Strong analytical skillsarecrucialforpay/scenariomodelling conductingad-hoc analysis,anddatamodelling.Thisincludesabilitytointerpretcomplexdatasetsanderivemeaningfulinsights.
• MaintainingtheaccuracyofdatawithintheHRsystem identifyingdatadiscrepanciesrequireakeeneyefordetailtoensuredata integrityaccuracy.
• ProficiencyinHRsystems likeSuccessFactorsCompensationwouldbe beneficialformanagingtheannualpayreviewprocess.
• FamiliaritywithPowerBI otherMicrosoft365applicationsisimportantforcreating dashboards visualisationsandreports.
• Effectivecommunicationskillsareneededtopartnerwith HR functionalteams actasaninternalconsultant.Thisincludesabilitytoclearly conveycomplexinformationtonon-technicalstakeholders
• Partneringwith HR functionalteamsrequiresstrongcollaboration teamworkskillstoensurethat solutionsmeetthedneedsofvariousstakeholders
