Partnered with a PE backed Telco business we are seeking an experienced ITSM Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead small to medium-sized projects focused on IT operations, process management, and the removal of legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations, ITIL frameworks, and process management, ensuring the seamless transition to modern IT service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive ITSM infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on legacy system decommissioning and modernisation.
- Lead small to medium-sized transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and optimise ServiceNow IT Operations capabilities to enhance service management processes.
- Apply ITIL best practices to improve IT service delivery, incident management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure robust documentation and reporting to track project progress and outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an ITSM Programme Manager, Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in ServiceNow IT Operations and ITIL-based service management.
- Expertise in process management and driving operational efficiency.
- Experience leading small to medium-sized IT projects particularly in legacy system replacements or decommissioning.
- Telecom sector experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
